Part One of the Core Curriculum - Discovery is a three day training that is happening ONLINE on Zoom. Over the course of this immersive weekend, you will take a step back from your life, so you can look at your life with new eyes. You will create clarity on what is working and what is not, and build your vision that will inspire the life of your dreams.
We will teach you fundamental elements of emotional intelligence and how to be a leader in your life. The training is designed to prepare you for Step 2 of the Core Curriculum: the in-person Breakthrough weekend.
While the training days are full, the social nature and varied experiences make time fly as you dive into the work.

Breakthrough
This outrageous, 4-day Breakthrough Training, is a life-changing journey outside your comfort zone.
Breakthrough Weekend is the most anticipated event of the Core Curriculum.
It is an absolutely outrageous, intense, beautiful, and powerful experience designed to reveal to you what you are made of. It will fill you with confidence and help you break through the fears that stop you from living your best life.

VIP {Vision Impact Program}
A TEAM ENVIRONMENT FOCUSED ON WIN-WINS
Graduates of Breakthrough Training are eligible (upon a mutual selection process) to participate in the Vision and Impact Program, known as VIP. In the Discovery and Breakthrough Trainings, you are given powerful tools and new perspectives that can dramatically shift the results in your life, if applied consistently. VIP provides the structure for that consistency so that transformative habits are formed. VIP is a support system where you practice the tools and embody the perspectives that keep the breakthroughs alive in you such that they are ingrained and become a permanent way of being in your life.
During VIP you will be coached in creating a Personal Strategic Plan (PSP) that will support you in focusing and being accountable to the goals you set out for yourself in all areas of your life.
One of the most significant and rewarding components of your VIP experience will be your team’s Community Service Project (CSP). In the CSP you will experience making a powerful difference and ongoing impact in the world.
VIP is a 3-month program, featuring three online immersive training weekends, weekly online evening modules, two individualized coaching calls per week, and one weekly Power Group meeting facilitated by your coach.
